About Our Vet Practice

Established in 1985 by husband and wife team, Pamela and Steve Gilmore, the practice has been committed to the care and treatment of small animals in and around Standish & Wigan for many years. Steve then sold the practice to IVC evidensia in 2018 and then took well earned retirement in 2019.

The experience and expertise the practice offers is second to none with modern facilities, fully qualified vets and fully qualified nursing staff; over the years it has well deserved its position as the foremost practice in the Wigan area.

Our air conditioned premises ensure a comfortable environment for our clients, patients and staff with hospitalisation facilities including separate cat and dog wards in spacious indoor kennels with qualified nurse supervision.

We also have adequate parking behind the surgery with easy pedestrian access down the side of the premises.
